Mat Classes

We currently offer small group mat classes to clients who regularly attend a semi-private or private session weekly.  

This class is a 45 minute class designed to enhance their Pilates workout.  Clients not only participate in mat, but they also use the spine correctors, arm weights and magic circles.  

You must take 5 private sessions before joining a mat class.

These classes are limited to 6 people per class.

Classes cost $25 when purchased individually or $125 for a package of 6.
