Private vs Semi-Private


Private Pilates sessions are catered to your individual goals and needs.  These are 55 minute one-on-one sessions utilizing a variety of apparatus.  Private sessions are perfect for people looking for personal attention and are required for beginners and people with injuries or limitations.  Through a personalized lesson, you obtain a stronger, leaner, better you.


Semi- private Pilates sessions are 55 minutes sessions with two students per instructor.  Sessions focus on overall strength and endurance in your Pilates workout using mat work and apparatus.  These are recommended for more advanced clients working on their specific needs while keeping the cost effective.  We do our best to match you based on your desired time and skill level.
